Parque de Artes y Oficios (PAO)

The intervention in this historic park is distinguished by the inclusion of a Skinglass facade, which balances modern technology with heritage preservation. This architectural intervention not only contributes to the restoration and protection of a cultural heritage, but also improves the building's energy efficiency. The solar control glass helps regulate the interior temperature, reducing the need for artificial air conditioning systems. This project demonstrates how technology and contemporary design can be respectfully integrated into historic buildings, preserving their heritage while modernizing them.
